1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and su444 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on su444, accessing the platform at su444.app, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the su444 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

These Terms apply to all aspects of su444 including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, fish games, promotions, the VIP loyalty program, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any other services offered by su444. 2Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the su444 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. su444 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. This is a hard eligibility requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your own name, on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on su444 or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapable of managing their own affairs are not eligible to use su444.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the su444 platform. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of funds. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. su444 relies on the information you provide; any misrepresentation of your identity, age, or location is a material breach of these Terms.

• Your su444 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials (username and password) with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your su444 account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact su444 support immediately.
• su444 reserves the right to verify your identity at account registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any other time the platform considers verification necessary for security or compliance purposes.
• Passwords must be kept confidential. su444 staff will never ask for your password. Do not disclose your password to any person claiming to represent su444 through any channel.

su444 will use the mobile number provided at registration as the primary means of account recovery and verification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and accessible to you. Loss of access to the registered mobile number may limit su444's ability to recover your account in the event of a dispute.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

su444 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad, and ৳200 via Rocket. su444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply standard service charges. You are responsible for checking and accepting your provider's current charges before initiating a transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your su444 account balance instantly upon successful processing. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact su444 support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification at su444's discretion.
• Before your first withdrawal, su444 may require completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of your registered mobile number.
• su444 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, su444 will notify you and may request supporting documentation.
• All funds in your su444 account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. su444 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant account fees may apply to accounts with no activity for an extended period, as notified by su444 from time to time.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false dispute claims, or attempts to reverse a legitimate deposit transaction are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance. su444 reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses caused by fraudulent chargeback activity through all available legal channels.

5Bonuses and Promotions

su444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms. Underage players are not eligible for any bonus under any circumstances.
• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements have been completed. Wagering is tracked automatically by the su444 platform.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at a time unless su444 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• su444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to exploit bonus conditions — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings. su444 employs risk management tools to identify and act on bonus abuse.

6VIP Loyalty Program

The su444 VIP loyalty program rewards players with points earned on every bet placed across all game categories. VIP points contribute to tier progression across Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Each tier unlocks enhanced benefits including improved withdrawal limits, faster processing times, and access to exclusive promotions. The following conditions govern the VIP loyalty program:

• VIP points are earned only on real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds may contribute to wagering requirements but do not count toward VIP point accumulation unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis and may be subject to minimum activity requirements to maintain a given tier. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their tier during the relevant review period may be downgraded to a lower tier.
• su444 reserves the right to modify the structure, point rates, tier thresholds, and benefits of the VIP loyalty program at any time. Changes to the VIP program will be communicated to affected players through the platform or via the registered contact details.
• VIP points and tier status have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player, sold, or exchanged outside of the su444 platform's redemption mechanisms. Points expire if an account is closed for any reason, including closure for breach of these Terms.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the su444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or using su444 as a vehicle for any financial crime including the deposit of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false identity information, another person's identity, or fictitious details.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the su444 platform without authorisation.
• Using the su444 platform in a manner that causes or risks causing disruption to the service, harm to other players, or reputational damage to su444 as a brand or business.

su444 uses automated and manual risk management processes to monitor platform activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, su444 will act swiftly to investigate, suspend or close the relevant account, and preserve evidence for potential reporting to appropriate authorities. Players who report prohibited activity by other users in good faith will be treated with confidentiality.

8Responsible Gaming

su444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is designed to be an entertainment service; it is not intended as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. su444 recognises that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling habits and has implemented tools to support those players in managing their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time controls: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions. When a session time limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically.

9Account Suspension and Termination

su444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the time period specified by su444 following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or participation in organised fraud schemes targeting su444.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the su444 platform — including but not limited to the su444 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces supplied by su444, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of su444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any su444 content without prior written permission.

Game software and related assets provided on the su444 platform are licensed to su444 by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. su444's licence to provide those games to players does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the player.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, su444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the su444 platform, including losses arising from normal game outcomes.
• Temporary platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond su444's reasonable control, including interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits su444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded. Where su444 is found liable for any claim, su444's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data Protection

su444 collects and processes personal data about players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and platform usage analytics. All personal data is handled in accordance with su444's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 13Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page.

Continued use of the su444 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting su444 support. Closing your account after a Terms amendment does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the previous version of the Terms during the period they were in force.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, as applied in a neutral jurisdiction. su444 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the su444 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing it.

In the event of a dispute between a player and su444, the player should first contact su444 support to seek informal resolution. su444 is committed to resolving genuine player disputes promptly and fairly. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. su444 does not accept the jurisdiction of any specific national court and any formal legal proceedings must be conducted in a neutral forum agreed by both parties.
